Your Order: You can find order information by logging into your account. An account isn't automatically created for you. You will need to click on the icon in the top right corner of your screen and create an account using the email that you provided at checkout.  

For additional assistance, use the chat feature on our website. Chat is available during regular business hours. For help placing an order, please call 1-801-477-9026.


Once an order has been shipped out of our facility we are unable to give a refund of the order. After you have received your order, and if you would like to return it, please call 1-801-477-9026 and a Cedar Fort representative can offer you store credit on our website. 


Return Policy: If your book is damaged or missing let us know and we will work with you on the best solution. If you are unhappy with your books, you have 30 days AFTER purchase to notify us and return them to us. You will have to send the books back to our warehouse, and once the books are back in our possession we will refund you your money. 



** Due to COVID-19, the USPS System has been slower than usual. Please wait an extra week or two to receive your package and please look at your tracking information as that will give you updates on where your books are. Unfortunately once your package has left our facility, the responsibility is given to the USPS system to get your books to you. Thank you for your patience.
