Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are unhappy with your books, you have 30 days AFTER purchase to notify us and return them to us. You will have to send the books back to our warehouse, and once the books are back in our possession we will refund you your money.

 

Q: What if my address is wrong when I put my order in?

A: Unfortunately if you put your address in wrong we'll ask you to remake the order. We'll do our best to make this an easy process and depending on the books or order we could give a discount to your order, but you will always have to pay for the additional shipping cost.

  

Q: What if my book is damaged or has gone missing?

A: If your book is damaged or missing let us know and we will work with you on the best solution, whether that be refunding you, or resending you your order. 

 

Q: How do I submit my book/manuscript to you?

A: Please use this link to submit to us: https://cedarfort.submittable.com/submit. We will respond to you if we are interested in taking your book. Please do not email us before or after a submission. 

 

** Due to COVID-19, the USPS System has been slower than usual. Please wait an extra week or two to receive your package and please look at your tracking information as that will give you updates on where your books are. Unfortunately once your package has left our facility, the responsibility is given to the USPS system to get your books to you. Thank you for your patience.
