Author: Lori Holyoak
Lori Holyoak married young and started a family. Family is very important to her and she loves widening the circle from her family of origin to her spouse,
children, in-laws, nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and church and community family. Learning is another passion of hers. She spent years perusing the
library pursuing interests. Then in 2017 she completed what she started in 1985 by going back to Brigham Young University and earning her Bachelor of
General Studies/English degree. In March 2020, she received certification at The Life Coach School. Relationships, writing, and coaching are three passions
she enjoys expounding on to help invite more love and peace into the world.
It's hard to make sense of the world and our place in it. We often know who we want to
become, but we aren't always sure about the process of getting there. During those
times of uncertainty, we can seek out others who have already walked the path.
Author and certified life coach Lori Holyoak didn't always know where she was going in
life or how she was meant to get there. When she hit roadblocks in her goals, routines,
and relationships, she turned to expert after expert for help-reading their experiences,
testing their wisdom, and finding tools that resonated with her soul.
Combining temporal self-coaching skills with spiritual guidance from prophets, apostles,
and the scriptures, Self-Coaching for the LDS Soul is a roadmap that will help you
discover where you are in your life and how to get where you want to go.
