If we seek the Lord first in our lives, then all of our activities will be strengthened because we are Hearing Him first, so we will always know of His will and guidance in our lives. In our busy lives we need to find time for Him. About the Author

James D. Holt is Associate Professor of Religious Education at the University of Chester. He served a mission in the Scotland Edinburgh Mission, and has served as a Bishop, on a stake presidency, and on the Curriculum Writing Committee of the Church for Teachings of the Presidents of the Church: Gordon B. Hinckley. He holds a PhD in Theology from the University of Liverpool where his thesis focussed around constructing a Latter-day Saint theology of religions.
