In a world filled with books like Game of Thrones and the Witcher Series, it's hard to find books that are both entertaining, fun, and clean! Think about it. Game of Thrones is filled with all sorts of violence, gore, and pornography, as is The Witcher. If my child wants to read a trending fantasy title, I as a parent probably need to READ IT FIRST before they pick up just to make sure that there aren't any IFFY contents in the book.

The “Darkness is Rising” series is pretty good, too (unlike the movie). As are the Earthsea books by Ursula K LeGuin.
Generally, there’s the entire “young adult” section of the library, which leans towards being clean without being childish (or, always, clean enough to use for surgery).
