An angel, responsible for growing stars, knows this is a special year, because one star is growing far bigger and brighter than all the rest. He knows that this star will mark the birthplace of Christ. When the day comes, he picks the star and heads to Earth to find the exact place where Jesus would be born. Along the way he ends up helping several people at the expense of his beautiful star. When he sees how pathetic his star looks and still hasn't found Christ's birthplace, he gives up and hangs the star way in the back of the sky, just over a little stable. The star grows bigger and brighter and the little angel realizes it was Christ's star all along.
