Author: Lia Collings
Description:
Motherhood or a career? Which one truly matters? Both are important in their own way, but in Choosing Motherhood learn how these bright, young LDS women from the Yale community, while their peers were putting off motherhood or forgetting it entirely, decided to become mothers and make an eternal difference in the lives of their children and their communities.
About the Author:
Lia (Suttner) Collings grew up in St. George, Utah, the eldest of eight children. She studied classics and business at Brigham Young University, where she worked for three years as a researcher on the Joseph Smith Papers project. She and her family recently returned to Connecticut after a year in Berlin. She loves to read, exercise, make music, and bake bread. Some not-too-distant day, she hopes to return to classics and write the definitive study of ancient Greek education.
