Homeschooling with ESA or EFA Funds?

Cedar Fort Publishing & Media accepts ESA/EFA funds from families in Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, and Utah. Find your state below for step-by-step instructions.

Arizona

Empowerment Scholarship Account (ClassWallet DirectPay)

How to pay with your ESA funds:

  1. Browse our homeschool bundles and note the items and quantities you want.

  2. Submit an invoice request with your order details, mentioning you're paying through ClassWallet DirectPay.

  3. We'll send you an invoice with everything ClassWallet requires: vendor name, student name, itemized products with pricing, and total amount due.

  4. Log into your ClassWallet account, go to Direct Pay > Pay, select Cedar Fort Publishing & Media as the vendor, and upload the invoice.

  5. Once ClassWallet approves the payment, we'll ship your order.

Arkansas

Education Freedom Account (ClassWallet DirectPay)

How to pay with your EFA funds:

  1. Browse our homeschool bundles and note the items and quantities you want.

  2. Submit an invoice request with your order details, mentioning you're paying through ClassWallet DirectPay.

  3. We'll send you an invoice with everything ClassWallet requires: vendor name, student name, itemized products with pricing, and total amount owed.

  4. Log into your ClassWallet account, go to Direct Pay > Pay, select Cedar Fort Publishing & Media as the vendor, and upload the invoice.

  5. Once ClassWallet approves the payment, we'll ship your order.

Note: ClassWallet is closed to Arkansas families every July. If you need your order paid before August, please submit your invoice request by June 30th.

Florida

Step Up For Students (PEP Scholarship)

Florida works differently, no ClassWallet invoice step is needed.

How it works:

  1. Shop and purchase from our website or catalog as you normally would.

  2. Important: your order must ship to a Florida address (a Florida P.O. Box is fine). Purchases shipped outside Florida are not eligible for reimbursement, this is a state requirement, not ours.

  3. Keep your receipt/order confirmation.

  4. Log into your EMA (Education Market Assistant) account and submit a reimbursement request for your purchase.

  5. Books are broadly eligible with no annual spending cap or frequency limit. Curriculum bundles are also eligible.

Utah

Utah Fits All Scholarship (Odyssey Marketplace)

Utah works differently from Arizona, Arkansas, and Florida: Utah Fits All families shop and check out directly through the Odyssey Marketplace, no invoice request needed.

How to pay with your scholarship funds:

  1. Log into your Odyssey Parent Portal and go to your student's Wallet.

  2. Click Shop Marketplace and search for Cedar Fort Publishing & Media, or browse to our storefront.

  3. Add the bundles or titles you'd like to your cart and assign each item to your student.

  4. Click Checkout, confirm your shipping address is correct, and click Submit Order.

  5. You'll receive an email confirmation, and another when your order ships, with tracking information available in your Odyssey account under Orders.
