1 Cup milk
1 Cup flour
½ tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Powdered sugar, syrups/toppings of choice

1. Place the eggs, milk, flour, and salt in a blender. Cover and process until smooth, or whisk until smooth in a medium sized bowl.
2. Melt the butter and place into a 9 × 13 baking dish; add the pancake batter.
3. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 20 minutes.
4. Dust with powdered sugar and eat right away with your favorite syrups/toppings.
