Chocolate Chip Paradise Sundae, Laura Powell

Seriously its paradise!

3 cups brown sugar, firmly packed

1 1⁄2 cups butter, melted

6 eggs

3 tsp. vanilla

3 cups flour

1tsp. baking powder

1cup walnuts, chopped

1 cup coconut

2 cups milk

chocolate chips

vanilla ice cream

caramel sauce

hot fudge sauce

walnuts, chopped

1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2 Grease a 12×17 jelly roll pan.

3 In a large bowl, combine sugar and melted butter.

4 Beat with electric mixer.

5 Add eggs, one at a time, along with vanilla, andmix well.

6 In another bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together.

7 Add flour/baking powder mixture to sugar/ butter mixture and blend until combined.

8 Fold in walnuts, coconut, and chocolate chips.

9 Pour into a greased jelly roll pan.

10 Bake for 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

11 Cut into 24 squares. Serve warm or reheat individual servings in the microwave (10 seconds for a serving).

12 Top each serving with a scoop of ice cream. Then drizzle with caramel sauce and hot fudge sauce.

13 Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
