Cameron Richards, a young Jeep-driving free spirit from the Bible Belt, arrives in California to meet a long-lost branch of his family. Shock awaits him when he discovers that his new family is not only large but also decidedly Mormona religious “cult” he has always been wary of. To complicate matters, he finds himself falling for the friend of his cousin, who turns out to be one of the nicest “cult” members he has ever met.

Melissa Aylstock is a perceptive and witty writer whose love for youth and the gospel shines through her words. I look forward to many, many more of her novels!
As a profession, I sell books to school libraries. I can tell you this will be a hit. It is fun and entertaining, as well as touching. Cameron's discovery of himself plays out perfectly on the pages.

Reading CTR s Ring was a joy. I feel certain it will be well received by LDS youth and others who enjoy fiction laced with gospel truths. The characters are fun and bright and accurately reflect some of today's concerns and challenges. I especially enjoyed reading about an area in which I live; I felt like I was right at Mel's Diner, slurping a chocolate malt, and spying in on the characters. Well done!

Melissa Aylstock has a way of of pulling you into a young man's world in the first few pages. How marvelous to see things through his eyes, as he comes to see things as they really are. I loved this book! CTR's Ring is an easy book to get caught up in!
