Reviews-
I liked how the author presented the afterlife in this book. Mr. Daybell writes about how we take our earthly habits with us and how they can affect our lives there. I also liked the way he presented the spirits working towards their own eternal salvation and how they give those of us on earth little pushes along the way.
I like everything about Chasing Paradise. It was so inspiring! I felt as though I was right there chasing paradise along with Tina and her family. I highly recommend this book.
Chasing Paradise is an exciting and, as always, carefully researched novel. Brother Daybell likes to explore aspects of the church not often explored in fiction. In a previous novel, he took us to the very last days. His newest book provokes a great deal of thought about what our lives might be like when we die, while never losing sight of a warm and captivating story. Tina is a believable and endearing character as she continues to be who she was, while growing from her experiences . This book will appeal to both teenagers and their parents, who enjoy a good gospel tale of love, family and testimony.
Chad Daybell has written a profound and interesting story. This is a story of a young woman who is searching during her life and then finds that life ended for her all to quickly. Chasing Paradise shows that there is hope beyond this life. Chad is a wonderful author who has written from the heart and with a deep testimony of Heavenly Father.

I found this book to be such a refreshing look at life and the after-life. The author, Chad Daybell, has such an articulate and clear way of writing. I found myself completely glued to the story and was unable to put it down until I finished the last word, which made me appreciate that it wasn't longer, so that I could get back to my life as a mother.
