 Hartt Wixom's personalized guide book is the most complete treatise on where and how to catch fish in Utah that I know of. He could catch a fish in a bathtub, perhaps minus the water. Yet, as I see it, his purpose is never to brag about his exploits but to humbly assist the reader in duplicating his remarkable success over the years.
