All presidents of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have been and are sustained as prophets, seers, and revelators. But the title "The Prophet" is uniquely reserved for the Prophet Joseph Smith because he was called of God to inaugurate the final gospel dispensation--the dispensation of the fullness of times. This presentation was given in St. George, Utah, in the Fall 2005.
