Gregory R. Wille was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Growing up, he played Little League baseball and high school basketball, and earned his Eagle Scout award. As a young man he served a full-time LDS mission to Australia and afterward graduated from BYU with a degree in accounting. He met his eternal companion, Shelley, in a BYU ward, and they were married in the Salt Lake Temple. They are the parents of two daughters and four sons and are currently grandparents to seven very active little grandchildren. Their six children have served missions to England, Norway, Ukraine, France, Australia, and Mexico.

Brother Wille has worked for a CPA firm, a large international oil company, and several other smaller firms, as an accountant, administrative coordinator, and chief financial officer. He has also served in many teaching and leadership positions in the Church. Next to his love for God and the Savior, his greatest joy comes in knowing that families are forever.
