Eric G. Swedin
| Eric G. Swedin is an assistant professor at Weber State University in the Information Systems and Technologies department, specializing in information security. He teaches students how to be hackers so that they may defend against hackers. He has a doctorate in the history of science and technology and he regularly teaches history classes at Weber State. He has published numerous articles and a book on the history of psychology, Healing Souls: Psychotherapy in the Latter-day Saint Community (University of Illinois Press, 2003). Eric lives in a 120 year old house with his wife Betty and four children. Besides computers, history, and writing, Eric enjoys reading a wide variety of material, including science fiction. |
