Dr. Philip Roos is a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual, couple, and family therapy. He consults with sixty police and fire departments, as well as with nursing homes. He has served as the National Executive Director of the ARC (Association for Retarded Citizens) and of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving). He has also held top state-level positions in New York and Texas and has held several academic appointments with major universities.
He operated flight schools as a commercial flight instructor in planes and gliders. In his youth, he played polo and trained polo ponies, and he is currently training his young Arabian horse, Cheatin Heart.
He lives in Arlington, Texas, with his wife, Dr. Susan Roos, and with two cats.
