Josi Kilpack is the third of nine children born to Walt and Marle Schofield. Born and raised in Salt Lake City, she graduated from Olympus High School and attended Salt Lake Community College. She now lives in Willard, Utah, with her husband Lee and their four children. Her love of writing evolved from her love of reading and her desire to pursue the trials of living in our times from the LDS point of view.
Outside of her writing, Josi enjoys scrapbooking, traveling, cooking, and of course reading, but spends most of her time cleaning, changing diapers, doing laundry, chauffeuring children, checking homework and the other 1001 daily tasks associated with being a stay at home mom.
