| Brother Frogley has formally taught the gospel for thirty-one years. He served a mission to France and then obtained his bachelor's degree from BYU and his doctorate of chiropractic from Palmer College. Though teaching professionally, he has maintained an active chiropractic practice for thirty-two years. He received a master's in leadership from the Covey Leadership Institute. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Joseph Smith Sr. and Lucy Mack Smith Foundation. He is the author of a multimedia teaching CD and numerous articles.
Brother Frogley and wife, Janet, are the parents of eight children and grandparents of seven. They reside in Sandy, Utah.
